What the heck would you call that? Obviously a tree... but what kind of tree?

okay so unbelievably the octopus tree seems even bigger than it used to be- I guess it must be growing or something.... I remember a pic of us infront of that tree and you have a really awesome trucker 80's hat on it. wowzer!
