Man, LOOK AT THAT HOLE! My Mr and Mrs Dripp and Dripp Jr. are nothing compared to that.
So that was the large ceiling bulge in the middle of the front room... what a mess! hope the bank fixes it :)

we signed the counter offer today. we'll probalby know on monday what they will fix.
Unless ya'll are the luckiest people in the world. The bank isn't going to fix any of that. When it comes down to bank owned or foreclosed homes it is AS-IS! Take it or leave it.
