Ikea

There is nothing better than a 50 cent ikea hot dog. In fact, the baby was hungry, so I got one for he/she too. Usually I don't even think about calories, but we skipped the gym, had cookies for lunch, im starting to feel fat because I can't sleep on my stomach comfortably anymore and I teach cardiac rehab tomorrow - so I was curious as to the nutrition facts. At 290 calories and 12 g fat each, no more hot dogs at Ikea for me. But I think I will continue to get the ice cream cone (baby wanted one of those too). Calories 100; fat 0 g; sugar 21g
